Are your products handmade?

Yes. All pieces at Ozgun Handmade Studio® are carefully handmade using crochet techniques and high-quality materials. Each item is individually crafted, which means slight variations may occur.

What materials do you use?
Our pieces are made using premium cotton yarn and fine lace thread for micro crochet designs.

Depending on the piece, we use high-quality metal findings including:
• 925 sterling silver hooks
• 14k gold-filled hooks
• stainless steel brooch pins

These materials are selected for their durability, comfort and long-lasting quality.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days from Brighton, United Kingdom.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, both within the UK and internationally.

Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Do you accept custom orders?
At the moment we do not offer custom design requests.
However, for bulk or event orders, please contact us in advance.
