Jewellery Care Guide

At Ozgun Handmade Studio®, each piece is carefully handmade using premium cotton yarn and high-quality metal findings. With proper care, your jewellery can stay beautiful for a long time.

Crochet Jewellery

Our crochet pieces are handmade from cotton yarn. If the crochet part becomes slightly dirty, you can gently wipe the surface with a non-alcohol wet wipe.

Please avoid soaking crochet jewellery in water or using harsh cleaning products.

Earrings and Metal Hooks

Our earrings use sterling silver hooks or gold-filled hooks.

Over time, metals may naturally lose some shine. To clean them, you can gently wipe the hooks using a jewellery polishing cloth.

Avoid using chemicals or abrasive cleaners on metal parts.

Brooches

If the crochet part of a brooch becomes dusty or dirty, it can be gently cleaned using a non-alcohol wet wipe.

Bookmarks

Crochet bookmarks can be hand-washed with mild soap and water if needed.

After washing, reshape the crochet and allow it to dry flat.

You may lightly iron the cotton crochet if necessary.

Storage

To help preserve your jewellery, we recommend storing it in a dry jewellery box or pouch when not in use.
