Returns & Refunds

At Ozgun Handmade Studio®, every piece is carefully handmade in small batches with attention to quality and detail.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following items:

• Earrings

• Hair clips / hair accessories

These items cannot be resold once worn or tried on.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or appropriate solution.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or there has been an error with your order.
